I am still new at this! so... the egg tart was pretty when sliced, you could see a cross-section of the whole cooked egg, or at least that was the idea. I think only one piece actually came out that way! It was very good, though if I ever make it again I would try some different ingredients in the ricotta mixture, maybe some spinach? peppers? you know, add more flavors. I'd be glad to give you the recipe.
